| AT86 Butyl Rubber Self Amalgamating Tape | |||
| A non-adhesive butyl rubber which can be easily applied at high and low temperatures. It is very tough and elastic with excellent resistance to water, corona and ozone. AT86 has a high dielectric strength and with its excellent ageing properties produces a long lasting splice. Applications; Insulating/splicing high voltage cables, particularly where conductor temperature rates of up to 80 degrees C and 17 kV are present. Repair of trailing cables.
