| As part of the Flexotape range this 20 thou cushion/foam tape has been specially formulated for quality half tone and fine line printing. FX50B is a medium density double sided white polyethylene foam with a blue PVC film. FX50B has been formulated to include all the requirements needed for high quality printing - a differential adhesive to eliminate any plate lift from either the cylinder or the stereo on the most demanding of print runs - a foam constructed to enable high speed printing with the elimination of plate cylinder bounce - an easy removal from the cylinder and the stereo without adhesion residue. This tape helps to lengthen the life of plates and allows to produce a finer quality image. |
