| 52304 is very thin (40 micron) and is produced to very close tolerances. It can be applied to very thin photopolymer plates by hand or by using a laminator. Plates are easily demounted without damaging the rubber coating. The stabilising effect of the polyester carrier ensures that the plate remains securely mounted even during extended print runs. It has a differential adhesive system to ensure its easy removal from the rubber coating and also from the photopolymer plate. It has been extensively tested on all commonly used rubber coatings. 52304 is recommended, however, to conduct initial test to ensure compatibility. |
