52310, 52315, 52320, 52325 Plate Mounting Tape in Flexographic Printing

These tapes differ primarily in their thickness thus offering a choice of printing plate and tape combinations. The unwind characteristics of all the tapes offer easier tape mounting. The structured PP liner also prevents the formation of air bubbles when plate mounting. Plates are easily repositioned during mounting as the full adhesion of the tape only becomes effective during the print run. The high adhesion and good shear resistance to these tapes ensures that there is no plate movement or edge lift problems, even at high speeds and on extended print runs. Due to improved unwind characteristics of the structured PP liner easy handling is guaranteed.
