| 4741, 4793 Self Adhesive EPDM Profiles | |||
| 4741/4793 are EPDM sealing tapes, especially designed for professional use. All sides of the tape have a closed cell surface. The tape is equipped with an acrylic adhesive and has a reinforcing interlayer to avoid over-stretching. The special shape of the profile allows perfect adjustment to extremely uneven surfaces and a high degree of sealing is achieved. The EPDM profiles are very resistant to ageing, UV light, weather and chemicals; they withstand a variety of acids and alkaline solutions. The elasticity is preserved even at -50 degrees C. Due to its high elasticity the P-profile 4793 is used in industrial manufacture of freezers and permanent sealing in low temperature areas, In hospitals and laboratories 4793 is used to seal ceiling sheeting due to its resistance to germicide. | |||
