| 4863 consists of a specially treated rayon fabric covered with a silicone rubber coating. This surface is highly resistant to „sticky¾ substances yet provides a reliable „non-slip¾ effect on smooth surfaces. 4863 has a pimpled surface to maximise its resistance to the clogging action of „sticky¾ substances. The above properties make 4863 ideal for roller converting applications in many coating and conversion processes. In many instances a new covering may be applied without removing the rollers from the machine. |
